Cancellation and Refund

The customer may cancel the order within 14 days from the date of placing the order. If the cancellation occurs after the specified period, the customer will be charged the full amount.

Return & Refund

All refunds will be issued once the item is picked up and confirmed as Once Refund is processed it will take 7 to 14 working days (subject to change based on card issuer policy).
Please notify us and return the product to us in its original condition.
We reserve the right to refuse or replace a product if it has been used in a way that causes damage.

We ship free of charge to the cities of Cairo and Giza, and we ship to the city of Alexandria at cheap prices Delivery is made within Egyptian cities within 3-10 working days. Avoid any delay in delivery by providing us with your full address and contact information.
